Located in Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra, Pench National Park derives its name from the River Pench which flows through it. Located in the southern reaches of the Satpura range, the park is best known for hosting tigers as well as a diverse population of birds.
Other commonly sighted animals include the chital, sambar, nilgai, the wild boar, and the jackal.

Arrive at Nagpur International Airport, a representative from our side will receive you to drive to Pench National Park.
Check in at the lodge.
Famed for a vibrant flora and fauna, Pench often sees Sambar, Cheetal, Nilgai grazing on the free land on roadsides and riverbanks & reservoirs. Wild dogs, jackals, Bengal Tigers, Leopards, Wild boars also call Pench their home.
Herds of gaur can be marked near streams and bamboo patches regularly in summer months. Sloth beer occupies hilly, stony out crops and favor a mahul bel polluted forest. Chinkara is rarely present and are mostly found near the open areas around Turia, Telia and Dudhgaon villages. Recent studies have drawn to a conclusion that the forest is found to be Southern tropical dry deciduous teak and southern tropical mixed deciduous forest with other species of trees, climbers and shrubs.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, indulge in various recreational activities that have been organised. Eg. Karaoke/games.

Start your day with an early morning walk, discover the secrets of nature, walk to learn about the vibrant flora and fauna in the reserve, spot species of butterflies, insects, and beetles perched on a variety of vibrant, aromatic flowers. If you get lucky, you might even get a glimpse of tigers walking, lazing or hunting.
Return to the reserve for breakfast.
After breakfast, visit the pottery village, the little village of Pachdhar is celebrated for it’s pottery. Expanses of paddy field and beautiful teak trees form the landscape of the village of extreamly skilled set of potters known as ‘Kumhaars’.
The unique composition of the black soil in the village makes way for making pottery that is quite unparalled. Pay a short visit to learn the art of pottery from the best or stay a little longer to experience the hospitality of the locals who are only too eager to share their skills.
Blessed with a unique composition of black soil, the village is favoured by nature, and pottery made from such soil remain unmatched.
Return to the reserve in time for the afternoon safari.
Spot leopards, tigers, wild boars, nilgai, and a variety of deer and watch as the Indian Bison, Chital, Wild Boars, Sambar, Flying Squirrel, Black Bear, Jackal and Jungle Cat roam free.
The jungle safari at Pench gives you the opportunity to observe the animals up close (in an open jeep), watch them play, hunt or walk down to the watering hole. The experience of watching these animals in their natural habitat is surreal and is one of the activities Pench is best known for.
Head back to the accommodation.

Begin your day with the best bird watching experience ever!
Home to over 300 species of birds, both resident and migratory Pench is the largest bird reserve in India and birds including the Indian Pitta, Osprey, White-eyes Buzzard, Brahmini Duck, Coots and Bar-headed Geese can be spotted.
Conclude the morning walk with a yoga and meditation session.
Head back to the hotel for breakfast.
Post breakfast; make towards Nagpur International Airport for the flight back home.
