What do you offer ?

What is the size of your group?

We keep the group size to 12-15 maximum.

Do you include flight and visa cost in your packages?

Even in case of group tours we do not include flight and visa cost in the package since the flight costs are dynamic and vary a lot  depending on the time of booking however we do book the flights for our clients if needed.

Visa requirement also varies depending on the client’s passport and existing visas and hence it is done separately and the cost depends on each case.

What are the kind of hotels/accommodation provided?

We provide min 3 star  & above accommodation for women tours depending on availability in each place.

Who can join this group?

Any women who is 18 yrs plus and in relatively healthy condition without any major illness or risks.

We try to make group of like minded women with majority of them falling in similar age bracket

Can you customize the tour as per my needs?

Group tours can’t be customized  once the tour starts and till it ends however before and after the tour if you would want us to add certain places , we can do that provided you are fine with the additional spend.

Which cities do other travelers come from?

Our clients come from all over India and even abroad and majority of them belong to metro cities. However, please bear in mind that you may not find the company each time from your city itself. But that’s the fun. Women tours are all about making new friends, shedding inhibitions and trying new things.

Payment terms

India Travel – 40% advance at the time of booking the tour and the remaining 60% to be paid 15 days prior to the tour start date. Flight costs if done through us have to be paid in full at the time of booking.

International Travel – 50% advance at the time of booking the tour and the remaining 50% to be paid 45 days prior to the tour start date. Flight & visa costs if done through us have to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Is my money safe? What are your refunds and cancellation policy.

Your money is absolutely safe. We take online payments and give you receipts for the same. Till date we have had no complains from our clients and even in the event of cancellation we work as per our guidelines making sure that the loss is minimized.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s  from your end , you must  notify the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival (tour commencement date): 15% of the Tour / service cost or INR 5000 whichever is more.
• 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• Cancelling 19-10 days before commencing of the tour: 70% of the undiscounted tour cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 85% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• If for any unforeseen reason, the trip gets gets cancelled by Travel Jaunts tours, complete refund would be made.
• For the international tours, the tour specific conditions would apply (if informed in writing) and will override any of these.
• No refunds for the unutilized services.

• Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).

Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Flights refunds will be based on the airline policy and booking terms. After deducting our service cost, the rest will be refunded.

Is the trip safe?

We would only run the tour if it is safe to do so for women however things like Nature is not under our control. We do take maximum precautions when it comes to drivers, local operators and guides and keep in regular touch with them. They are all vetted carefully before coming on board.
