What to Expect

Depending on the weather and water conditions on the day of our tour, guides will head to one of 12 exclusive moorings at six reef locations, providing us with the best possible on-the-water experience that day. Most likely, we’ll visit one of the Outer Great Barrier Reef spots like Saxon Reef or Norman Reef in the morning, and then continue to North Hastings Reef in the afternoon. Upon arrival at our first location, we will hop in the water with our provided snorkeling equipment for a look at multicolored fish, coral and other marine life. We’ll have five hours total on the barrier reef and can refuel from your activities with the onboard buffet lunch of Australian barbecue items such as fresh fish, sausages and steak, plus a selection of pastas, salads and prawns. On the return trip to Cairns, snack on a platter of cheese and fruit while members of our talented crew provide live music and entertainment to celebrate the end of your day on the sea.

  • Visit Echo Point to see the iconic Three Sisters, at the heart of the Blue Mountains, rich in Aboriginal culture and ride a gondola over the expansive Coxs River system of Jamison valley.
  • Stroll down to the Sydney Harbour to see the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, almost synonymus with Australia herself.
  • Surf, sand, cafes and boutiques - Sydney's Beach lifestyle calls for an evening on Australia's most famous strip of sand.
  • Spot nests and whales on trails on Mutton Bird Island, walk the Sealy Look out offering expansive views of the Harbour below and collect seashells on Charlesworth Bay Beach.
  • Early morning surf lessons at Coffs Harbour.
  • See koalas, kangaroos and crocodiles up close at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
  • A chance to explore World Heritage listed Fraser Island, oits landscapes formed by fine white beaches, freshwater lakes and rainforests.
  • An entire day on the fine white shores of Whitehaven Beach. Get up close to vivid coral lifeforms, swim and snorkel.
  • Experience a cultural performance at the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park.
  • Cruise to the Great Barrier Reef - one of Australia's most vivid natural wonders.
