The great metropolis Shanghai creates an impression of the most fashion-conscious and outward-looking city in China, showing travelers a totally different side of China.

Beijing, China’s sprawling capital, has history stretching back 3 millennia. Yet it’s known as much for modern architecture as its ancient sites such as the grand Forbidden City complex, the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Nearby, the massive Tiananmen Square pedestrian plaza is the site of Mao Zedong’s mausoleum and the National Museum of China, displaying a vast collection of cultural relics.
Shanghai, on the other hand is the cool, confident face of modern China, and its energy is infectious. Go to the Bund to watch ships on the river and marvel at the huge variety of architectural styles on display, or watch the crowds go by in People’s Square. Shoppers should make a beeline for the Fabric Market, where you can have a suit or dress tailor-made for you at bargain prices. At night, explore all manner of fashionable restaurants, bars and nightclubs or just stroll through the city enjoying the spectacular neon lights.
Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be met by a representative from our side who will drop you to your accommodation.

After breakfast, visit the Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world. And then, an exterior tour to the National Grand Theater of China will be arranged. Walk through the square and visit today’s highlight: The Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world.
Post lunch, go on a hike to Jingshan Park to cherish a nice panoramic view of the Forbidden City at the top of Coal Hill. Also, stop by the Temple of Heaven, used to pray for harvest by the emperors. It is China’s largest existing structure for sacrifice to heaven.
Head back to your accommodation for the night.

After breakfast, drive to Badaling Great Wall, which section is the most representative part of the Great Wall of China, as well as the most visited section. Upon arrival, you can choose to hike on the Great Wall, or take a cable car to the top and walk around.
Lunchtime at Commune by the Great Wall, a modern architecture designed by 12 elite Asian architects.
On your drive back, visit the Olympic Park (Bird Nest, Water Cube, National Indoor Stadium), the amazing architectural building created for the Beijing Olympic Games.

Drive to enjoy a creative day by visiting 798 Creative Factory and Grand MOMA, famous for its magnificent structure, was the unique residential building ranking into the 2007 American TIME magazine The 10 Best (New & Upcoming) Architectural Marvels list.
And around the sunset time, take your photographic tools to take an amazing picture of China World Trade Center Tower 3 and Beijing CBD night scenery, which will let you see the most prosperous area in this city.

After breakfast, you’d be transferred to the south railway station for a 4.5hrs high speed train to Shanghai. On arrival, your local guide will meet you at the station and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

After breakfast, visit the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Pavilions. After that, drive you to the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, where you may have a more comprehensive view of the development of this fashion city.
Enjoy a leisure walk along the Bund for the gallery of world architectures. Taking sunset pictures along the Huangpu River and enjoy the Lujiazui district night scenery from the Shanghai World Financial Center.

After breakfast, we’d go on a 1.5 hours drive to the Donghai Bridge – the first sea-crossing bridge in the China.
Next, get to the highlight of this day – Yangshan Deep-water Port.
From there, we will have a short hiking trip in the Yangshan scenic area including Shilong Part, Dazhitou Part, and Xiaoyanjiao Part. With about 1 hour sightseeing, get to the peak of the hill in the scenic area and have a grand view of the Donghai Bridge and Yangshan Deep-water Port.
Drive back to Shanghai.

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and drive to the Shanghai Pudong International Airport for your onward journey.
