Kaziranga National Park is a protected area in the northeast Indian state of Assam. Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. It’s visited by many rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near Kaziranga village.

Kaziranga National Park is the pride of India in general, and the North East India in particular. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1985 and since then, the craze to visit this national park has topped all expectations. Thousands of tourists come to Assam every year from every corner of the globe, you, much like these tourists, can expect a vivid depiction of wildlife in a natural habitat, with many rare and endangered species thriving in this closely monitored ecospace.
Bird watchers will also have a whale of a time here in Kaziranga. Thanks to the government initiatives to develop tourism potential for this national park, the natural surroundings of this place have not been disturbed. The untouched, virgin nature with deep woods, huge elephant grass and marshy areas will surely stun all your senses. Kaziranga is a world in itself, something you will savour deeply when you travel with us, to the very end.
Our representative will meet you upon your arrival at Guwahati airport / railway station.
Then, we’ll proceed to Kaziranga national park – the home to one-horned Rhinoceros, holding a record population of more than 80% of the Rhino species in the world. The Kaziranga National Park is situated 220 km from Guwahati, the capital of Assam.
Upon arrival at Kaziranga, you’d check into the wildlife resort. The evening is kept free for leisure.

After breakfast, we shall start our wildlife exploration in Kaziranga National Park. On your very first jungle safari, scour the smallest zone of the national park having a maximum density of the one-horned Rhino, known as the Kohora.
The drive to Kohora will take you through very narrow pathways of the national park surrounded by noticeable elephant grass and shall thereby enhance your chances of getting closer to the wildlife.
The place is also ideal for bird-life – being a home to pelicans, storks and darters mainly due to the considerable number of water bodies inside the Park. On completion, we will return to the resort for a break.
After lunch, we will venture on our second jeep safari of the day. This time we shall explore the western range of Kaziranga. The route will encompass Bagori – Dongabeel – Rowmari – Rajapukhuri – Monabeel zones along with the banks of the Mori Diffalu river.
On our way back to the resort we shall halt at the Donga watch Tower for enhanced chances of glimpsing the thriving wildlife.
Return by dusk and enjoy overnight stay at the wildlife resort.
After breakfast, explore the Eastern Range of the National Park in a Jeep safari. The eastern range known as Agoratoli consists mostly of woodland and is home to a variety of migratory birds, also being a home to a large population of Wild Elephants.
During this expedition, we shall visit the Shola water body to halt at the Shohola Tower bearing a delightful view of the surrounding wildlife.
On completion, we shall return to the resort.
A visit to the nearby local village shall be arranged in the evening which shall provide a brewing essence of the local life and livelihood.

The fourth day has been dedicated to the birdlife of Kaziranga. We shall move to the Burapahar Range of the park, after breakfast. The journey shall include a drive followed by a trek to the desired destination.
Our track will start from Pani Juri Camp to the banks of River Brahmaputra. During our trek, we shall have exciting glimpses of wildlife including Capped Langurs, Elephants, the Great Indian Hornbill and the Hoolock Gibbon.
After a satisfying trek, we will drive back to the resort.
Enjoy the last night at the resort amidst the alluring wildlife.
After an early breakfast we leave for Manas National Park, which is home to Royal Bengal Tiger and Wild Buffaloes, and offers a myriad of activities to appreciate the diversity of the region.
Get the rare sightings of exotic Manas wildlife sanctuary animals including Assam roofed turtle, pygmy hog and hispid hare on the jeep safari.
Return to your accommodation for dinner.

After breakfast we will return to Guwahati town and engage in some local sightseeing.
Visit the Kamakhya Temple, which is among the 51 Shakti Peethas and is observed as an important Hindu pilgrimage spot. From here visit the Umananda Temple, which is located in Peacock Island and is dedicated to the Hindu god Lord Shiva. Also go to see the Assam State Museum.

After breakfast today, leave for the airport to catch your flight for home.
