After a wholesome breakfast at the hotel, initiate your journey to the Dutch Palace, located in Mattancherry, displaying magnificent Portuguese architectural flamboyance of the 17th century along with colourful fresco depicting the life of the state, Hindu temple art and marvellous portraits of rulers during early days. Surrounding the façade of the palace, is Jew Town. Saunter around the extravagant Jew town, along with a 16th-century Paradesi Synagogue, holding numerous artefacts embedded throughout centuries. Admire the authentic Portuguese articles and items at the Indo-Portuguese museum, signifying the rich taste of culture and heritage in various hierarchical groups within the Portuguese society. Take an optional halt to the historical Church of St. Francis, built in 1503, is one of the oldest European churches in India witnessing the European colonial scuffle and conquest in the subcontinent followed by Fort Kochi, an incredible blend of Malabar tropics along with a Portuguese, Dutch, and French reminiscence. Vasco Da Gama square in Fort Kochi attracts everyone to the ten-meter-high Chinese fishing nets, used for more than five-hundred years.

The morning drives takes you to the extraordinary Eravikulam National Park, a protected sanctuary for the endangered Mountain Goat, Nilgiri Tahr. Observe this amazing species, wandering in herds plus lavish variety of floral beds, to enhance the natural authenticity at the Rajamala tourist region of the park. Gaze into the heavenly Anamudi peak situated inside the park, often clouded with thick and overcasting haze of Mother Nature. Make your way to the amazing Madupetty, a storage Concrete Gravity dam with water level about 1599.59 m, built to conserve water for hydroelectricity. The dam holds petite souvenir shops on the ridges and one can indulge into a picturesque boat ride with the luck of spotting a few elephants around. Situated near the dam is Lockhart Gap, ideal for adventure activities such as trekking and hiking along the mist-clad summits. Return to the hotel and call it a day.

After breakfast, visit the famous Tata Tea Museum, located at the Nallathanni estate, containing all whereabouts and material about the growth and evolution of tea in Munnar, right from the history of native planters, rowing and sapling to an effective tea factory with comprehensive procedures. Main pivot to the tea trade in Kerala, they offer a rich cup of milky cardamom tea along with the demonstration of the history of tea. Watch the serendipity of Munnar amidst the overwhelming knolls from Pothanmedu View point. A cup of tea from the local vendor and the ethereal view, will make your day!
Commence your journey to Alleppey or Alappuzha, the oldest planned backwaters in Kerela, known for housing magnificent shrines, seashores, lagoons, canals and unique boat races, especially the startling tributaries of several river flowing collectively through the sea. Regarded as the Venice of India, Alleppey is decked with luxurious houseboats with the panoramic view of the tropical villages.

Take a short ride to the Kumarakoram Bird Sanctuary, located on the banks of Vembanad Lake, with rich timbered land attracts a variety of migratory birds that flocks in groups, especially from Himalayas and even Siberia.
